Responsible for managing full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. This include sourcing candidates from various channels and interview potential candidats with various formats. Act as mediators between employees and their organizations, ensure correctness and confidentiality of employee records, accurately recording hours, and employees receive committed pay and benefits throughout the year.
Key Job
• Design and update job descriptions to align with company and functional organization structure
• Source potential candidates from various channels and interview them with various formats which can help recruit faster and more effectively and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in performance management processes and timely performance evaluations
• Support management to handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Maintain employee records (attendance, OT, and etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Handle all employee records per requirement of law and regulations including ensure correctness of employee records in HRM system which services were delivered by external service provider
• Provide information, commmunicate, and ensure that employees aware on related HR matters ie staff’s compensation, welfares, policies, and procedures
• Support employees to follow on company’s core value, policies, and procedures
• Supervising and monitoring the work of HRM and administrative officer, housekeeper, and driver
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Deliver ad hoc tasks per assignment
- Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related
- Experience : More than 3 years experience in HR recruitment field
- People oriented, Communication, Active Listening, Negotiation, Knowledge of HR systems and databases, Knowledge of labour law
