- Manage day to day Merchandising Department Work Plan.
- Monitor stock levels of each store, warehouse and manage stock distribution.
- Approval on Merchandiser product selection, ordering, pricing, margin, and merchandising.
- Determine pricing strategy.
- Plan shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery of stocks.
- Engage in sales forecasting and budget management.
- Sales and Gross Profit Performance analysis reports.
- Approve Merchandise Planning strategy to maximum sales turnover.
- Analyze daily and weekly sale, Gross Profit%, and determine weekly merchandise action plans.
- Ensure achievement of Company’s Gross Profit.
- Approve merchandising reports and forecasts to facilitate department purchasing objectives.
- Manage Merchandise account plan for next season
- Approve Merchandiser planning and Analysis of OTB(open to buy) bi-annually.
- Analyze / Capture market trends / product popularity and customers sentiment to understand and to be guideline for final product range assortment.
- Manage proper product assortment plan
- Local commercialization products release
- Investigate new suppliers directly and build the ideal product development system such as concept, flow, and evidence
- Working with supplier to ensure the product quality at all time
- Create company-wide promotions throughout the half year to maximize sales volume, sales value, margin and inventory
- Create a weekly instruction in consultation with the sales department and establish a flow that can be landed
- Ensure that products being developed match and align with company standard and principle
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years’ experience of merchandising from retail business
- Strong analytical and negotiation skill
- Knowledge of import process
- Good sense of Merchandising and commercial
- Positive, Initiative, proactive, Can-do attitude as well as willing to work hard
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint
