คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
งานประจำ
5 - 7 ปี
ระยอง
ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า
20,000 - 40,000 บาท/เดือน
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Responsible for HR data analysis to support HR Strategic plan
- HR Data analysis
- End to end process of recruitment
- HR Planning and Control
- Evaluation of Employee
- Other HR tasks or Project assigned by HR Director or Manager
คุณสมบัติ
- Age preferably 22-40 years.
- Bachelor/ Master Degree of Human Resources Major or related field .
- Experiences of HRM field 5 years at least.
- Communicates well in English and prepare reports in English.
- Data Analytics.
- Have the ability and skills to presentation / Report as well.
- Good knowledge and understanding of labor law.
- Familiar in MS Office.
- Have the ability to solve immediate problems.
- Have negotiation skills.
