- Define and validate IC package designs, materials and processes used for development of new product
- Support L/F design and work on L/F field or IC package design that work with L/F supplier.
- Develop DOE’s and tests to evaluate suitability and reliability of package solutions
- Design IC package outline drawing in 3D with AutoCad, Solidworks application
- Work with relevant parties both internal and external to qualify the package/product solutions
- Manage the package process using industry standard and project management tools
- Address and solve materials and processing issues that may occur during the development process
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronic, Material Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of AutoCad and Solidworks software
- Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and Design of Experiment is a plus
- Strong data analytical skill
