- B.S. in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing and or process engineering experience, preferably in a labor intensive
industry such as garments, furniture etc.
- Completion of Lean Manufacturing training + minimum of 1 year working directly on processes using Lean
principles
- Experience working on individual and team projects with successful results
- Demonstrated expertise in engineering concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate across all levels of the organization and ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
