หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Developing and implementing process quality, managing process resources, Optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.· Work with cross-functional team to assess existing processes.· Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.· Performing risk assessments.· Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.· Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.· Performing optimization tests.· Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.· Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
คุณสมบัติ
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above in related field of manufacturing process.
· Proven work experience as a Manufacturing process engineer
· Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
· High-level knowledge of semiconductor process engineering is preferred
· Experience working with data analysis.
· Advanced technical skills.
· Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to project manage.
· Good in communicate with others, including writing and speaking in English.
· Good in Microsoft office programs such as Power Point, Excel and Word.
