• Key Account Manager experience is preferred in automotive.
• Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
• Proven experience in Sales with a “hunter mindset” & the drive to succeed
• Natural problem solver - takes a structured approach to collecting facts, logically determining the root cause, and identifying the simplest solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads.
