หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Lead team to meet company expectation on Domestic Scrap management.

- Manage relationship with suppliers & internal customers.

- Establish buying scheme and support team to seek opportunity to buy steel scrap in the market.

- Set strategic and process on Supplier Performance Management and Improve Supplier Relationship. (Supplier Relationship Management)

- Monitor steel scrap market sentiment, market situation and analyst of market trend.

- Responsible on develop Contract Management process with Suppliers.

- Cross-functional management with representative in each plant.

- Coordinate with internal functional & Cross-functional management with representative in each plant to keep workflow smoothly.

- Perform other assigned related duties, meetings, etc and process the works as assign or given by Superior.

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Logistics, Engineer or related field.

- Minimum 10 years experience in sourcing or purchasing in industry.

- Factory purchasing at Manager level for not less than 5 years.

- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.

- Good command of Microsoft Office programs such as, Excel, Word, Power BI (Option)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Team building player & Team management.

- Strong in Negotiation & Bargening Power.

- Good Attitute & Good communication.
