หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Plan and control equipment installation over mechanical equipment facility system.
- Manage and supervises a team of maintenance for reliable equipment/machine maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining and carrying out preventative maintenance of electrical system, electrical and facilities’ equipment.
- Plan monthly repair & maintenance expense, renovation expense and budget.
- Spare parts store management.
- Organize and update maintenance history of each tool and machine including manuals in a systematic.
- Responsible for fulfillment and follow up the maintenance system according ISO 9001, and quality management standard.
- Establish targets in areas such as equipment reliability and service standards.
- Monitor the performance activities against target.
คุณสมบัติ
- Age preferably 22-55 years
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Related fields
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Mechanical, Electrical equipment, facility maintenance and/or construction.
- Communicates well in English.
- Familiar in MS Office.
- Management skill equipment; leadership, supervisory, decision making, coaching, problem-solving, planning and communication.
- Knowledge & experience in quality system (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Good knowledge in planning and control system.
