- Molding process both transfer mold and compression mold.
- Molding Compound properties and applications.
- Optimize molding parameter matching with “Die to Dap” ratio, wiring (short & long wire) and mold compound properties.
- Failure mechanism that related to Molding process and Material.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 2-8 years' working experiences in IC or electronics manufacturing as Engineer
- Knowledge and practical skills for IC assembly, electrical test and project management
- Good knowledge in Molding process both transfer mold and compression mold.
- Good Knowledge in failure mechanism that related to Molding process and Material.
