- Reporting to Managing Director
- Develop sales strategy and execute to achieve target contribution margin for various channels including Dealer, Modern Trade and Project Sales
- Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities
- Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributors and customers complaints
- Responsible for sales forecast accuracy
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager on demand and/or sales planning matters
- Develop and retain target customers
- Handling customer complaints
- Develop and maintain a close connection with major specifies, interior contractors, designers, builders and leading developers in Thailand.
- Ensure that management being informative on the project market situation by providing information on competitor’s products, developer’s business strategies and other related information advantageous to the company.
- Plan and participate in various marketing and promotion functions that are beneficial to the company’s long and short sales strategies.
- Bachelor or Master Degree or higher in Business Administrative, Economics, Marketing or any similar discipline from a reputable university, oversea educated is a plus
- Minimum 10 years experience in Sales management preferably from Adhesive or Construction Material industry
- At least 5 years managerial experience in multinational environment.
- Strong leadership skill, negotiation skill and strategic thinking with big picture view.
- Team building spirit with passion for growth.
- High level of effective public communication both verbal and written.
- Good command of writing & speaking English.
