Solar Plant Operation & Maintenance Engineer
- Manage O&M contractors for the corrective maintenance task.
- Manage O&M contractors for the preventive maintenance task.
- Assure a proper reporting of each intervention (both corrective and preventive) on solar plants from O&M contractor.
- Follow up the efficiency of our solar plant on our software, analyze bad efficiency and plan corrective intervention.
- Participate in the improvement of solar plant efficiency.
- Provide feedback on the state of the plant to the Asset Management team
- Identify O&M contractor and challenge them.
- Follow the execution of works by O&M contractor.
- Manage rental fee payment and electricity billing payment from Taiwan Electricity Authority (Taipower)
- Coordinate with project stakeholders (Landlord, Taipower) to ensure operation perform smoothly.
- Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
- 2-3 year of experience in operation and maintenance of solar power plant
- Good time management and able to multi-task in a rapid changing work environment
- Self-motivated, takes initiative and able to work under pressure
- Able to relocate
