-Coordinate with oversea customer to support company's products details , service and other requirement to contribute a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Coordinate with Factory side for Delivery adjustment, quality issue, new model, logistic and problem solving with production site
-Processing Forecast and orders process and control all delivery transactions.
-Collecting and analyzing customer purchasing demands.
-Advice delivering information and monitoring delivery schedule as per the plan.
-Issue shipping invoice, packing list and shipment information aligning with customer requirement on time.
-Handling customer complaints including NG issues and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit.
-Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
-Make collecting feedback a company process and measure customer satisfaction regularly.
-Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
