หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Monitors and supervises production quality, and inspection of products. Identifies problems and resolves them quickly and effectively.
- Regulates work flow to ensure maximum production capacity. Monitors the floor production schedule to ensure that products are completed according to deadlines.
- Ensures that Production functions are completed in accordance with established production, safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure understanding of and compliance to TS-16949 and ISO-14001 management system requirements and programs.
- Works closely with purchasing, and engineering departments to maintain schedules and implement changes and revisions in operational procedures.
- Plans, manages and controls department performance by establishing overall direction and priorities.
- Establishes policies and guidelines and evaluates results.
- Establishes production metrics, tracks metrics and sets realistic production goals to maximize throughput. Recommends and manages the work unit budget.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial , Quality or other Engineering fields
- Minimum 7 – 10 years of work experience in production preferable in automotive industry.
- Experience to maintain quality standards & Internal audit & Management review in IATF 16949, ISO 14001
- Excellent English communication skills and presentation skills
- Well organized, planning and time management skills, quality oriented, problem solving. Ability to lead teams, conduct meetings, give direction/delegate, and train/coach/mentor employees.
