หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Supervise and motivate Production crew to achieve Production plan in terms of productivity, quality and delivery schedule.
- Encourage safety, high performance standard, teamwork, discipline and 5S in work place.
- Support and be involve in all improvement projects in his/her responsible areas.
- Achieve company target and KPI (on-time delivery, RTY, OEE) and waste management.
- Investigate each problem with concern person/specialist, analyze production data and troubleshooting any production problem.
- Apply manufacturing systems & tools to improve Safety, Quality and Productivity.
- Train and develop the production teams to maximize competencies and core values.
- Summarize production weekly and monthly report to management.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Production control, Jewelry knowledge would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Production planning and control, Quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with support group and other department.
- Proactive on problem solving and analytical skills.
