หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Receiving and driving production plan to target KPI of dept (daily, Weekly plan)

2. Delegated and controller manpower or operator on the job responsible in everyday to achieved target (daily plan)

3. Make decision first step of quality of product on side and report to every issue has affected and occurred in process to SV, AD , Mgr.

4. Control, confirm subordination's work to follow standards / procedures and train the new employees about safety and work operation.

5. Analytic thinking and problem-solving skill / Good Communication / Strong coordinate / Teamwork / positive attitude and open mind.

6. have knowledge and understanding of working with machinery and robots.

7. Monitor/Analysis to improve safety,5S, productivity and quality

8. Keep in compliance with all related regulations (e.g. Factory Act, Environment, Safety) and safety awareness

New graduated are also welcome. Bonus 2 times (Automation)

คุณสมบัติ

1. Male or Female, Thai nationality, Age upper 25 years old

2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field

- 2 years’ experience in manufacturing field (for Bachelor’s Engineer)

- 5 years’ experience in manufacturing field (for Diploma)

3. Good communicate in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)

4. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Special Requirement:

1. Not absent, physically/Mentally tough guy and can time management

2. Can communicate: Listen, ask and understand

3. Can work rotation shift (day/night shift) and overtime

4. Logical thinking, reporting, meeting management, data analysis skill and due date keeping
