According discussion about Junior Programmer Qualification, I have listed qualification as below
1. Bachelor degree on Computer Science or IT related
2. In depth knowledge in one or more programming languages such C++/C, C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework
3. Understand Object Oriented software Designed (OOD) and Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
4. Ability to quickly learn about new IT packages and techniques
5. Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
6. Good technical reading/writing skills
7. Ability to explain complex information in a clear manner
8. Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team
9. Enjoy problem solving
- Male/Female, Age 24-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Have experience in Java
- Have experience development integrated with DATABASE Server (Ex. MS-SQL, Oracle or DB2)
- At least 2 year of experience in software development.
- Good command of English
