หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Confirm specification, the contract's details including delivery and handover schedule.
Confirm building's structure and coordinate with the customer, sales division, Factory in order to get correct information in accordance with the specifications in the contract, as well as record work progress by using Work Flow Delivery.
Calculate and estimate the cost of additional work (if any), such as, cement work, wiring systems, Supervisory and decorating or finishing work.
Join a meeting with the customer and plan an installation work, as well as check accuracy and completeness of equipment purchase request / sub-contractor hiring request.
Issue a document and send a sample of decorative materials to the customer for choosing, in order to issue the document.
In case the customer need decorative materials, which is different from the contract, it is necessary to coordinate with purchase division for a quotation.
Follow up and control delivery from Factory, purchase division to make it correct, complete and in time.

คุณสมบัติ

Male or Female Age 25 - 35 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical, Civil Engineering.
Good creative, communication, negotiation compromising Skills.
Good planning, analytical, problem-solving.
Fair command of spoken and written English with computer literacy.
Have own car with valid driving license.
Prior experience will be an advantage.
Have Experience in Auto CAD.
