- Controlling new projects and implementing project management standard practices relate with store building / construction.
- Being a mentor for construction or engineering project teams, vendor providing technical advice, supervising staff on site, and ensuring that their scopes of work are completed on time and within budget.
- Setting project performance targets using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules, and costs.
- Conducting project management practice quality assurance reviews.
- Manage the maintenance of building i.e. security, parking, water pump and air conditioning as needed.
- Control and manage budget for various facility needs and expenses.
- Managing and monitoring service providers and outsourcing services to work efficiently and evaluate performance.
- Planning maintenance for all installations as scheduled.
- Coordinate vendor to fix current store structure as standard.
