- Manage QC team’s daily operation to fulfill internal & external customer inspection and testing requirements.
- QC competence training & qualification (skill matrix, training plan, and execution).
- Incoming, in process and comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. Inspecting the final output,
- First article inspection for new project execution by cooperating with relevant concerns.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
- Supplier quality control and management.
- QC Dept. KPIs set up and result driving.
- Planning, and supervising measuring equipment for checking quality products.
- Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in quality control of raw material in manufacturing company.
- Good command of English.
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
