• Quantity and cost estimation on structure civil and/or architectural work.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect/project team and/or the client.
• Able to prepare monthly, weekly and daily report documents.
• Analyze project cost saving and value engineering item.
• Able to develop the quantity / cost estimation take off process to archive the best accuracy and time saving.
• Bachelor degree in civil engineer or related field.
• 1-3 year experiences in site engineer, cost engineer, estimator or QS.
• Good background in quantity and cost estimation.
• Excellent Ms. excel capabilities.
• Able to use auto cad, Ms. word , Ms. power point.
• Good communication skill in English in an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill, team player and communication are considered essential for job success.
• Able to work under pressure and be committed to deadlines.
