- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities to achieve sales target ( Monthly , Quarterly and Annual Sales)
- Grow business at the existing customers , new customers and new businesses
- Regular visit customers by weekly & monthly to understand the market trends , opportunities in order to increase gross profit sales and new projects
- Ability to recommend the suitable raw materials & trends for customers formulation guidelines.
- Ability to solve customer’s issue and handling all complaints from customers to keep the good relationships.
- Monitors competition by current marketplace information to win the projects
- Co-ordinating and support information for internal and external parties’ requirement
- Preparing Weekly/ Monthly report to sale manager to monitor sale achievement
Technical sourcing ( 30 %)
- Finding and contact with oversea and local suppliers/manufacturers to source and develop a new project
- Negotiations with supplier about price, quality, lead time , sample for testing and select the best deal for company’s business options
- Providing technical document support to all departments and customers - Finding alternative sources with quality & completive price
- Ability to solving technical issue and support all departments and customers
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers /Manufacturers
- Studying innovation and trends of raw materials
- Understanding supply chain process such as Incoterm , freight, import duty
