หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Find new clients and build long-term relationships
- Match client job specifications to candidate skillsets and understand client requirements
- Action different recruiting methods to attract business development through marketing etc.
- Evaluate resumes, applications, conduct an initial interview for suitability and background perform checks
- Source candidates using social media, networking/ job advertising etc.
- Be responsible for end to end placements
- Match the best and most suitable candidates to different perm & temp positions
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
- Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidates and clients through to invoicing and probation period
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Male/Female, new graduate is also welcome.
- Proven work experience as an Agency 360 Recruiter, Business Development or similar role with at least 1-year
- Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews
- Good knowledge of resume databases and tracking systems
- Able to “hit the floor running” with a portfolio of business contacts and usable client relationships.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to get the job done and on target.
- Must be able to communicate in English (written/ verbally)
