Responsible end-to-end recruitment process. (Job posting, searching, pre-screening, interviewing, until hiring process)
Employment contract preparing with sign.
Probation follow-up, Probation evaluation and operational documentation.
Attend events or career fair for recruiting.
Recruitment report, KPIs and launch new improvement activity to achieve KPIs.
Support recruitment event and Company's activities.
Perform other special projects as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Political Science, Psychology or any other related fields.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR Recruitment in manufacturing field.
Background from automotive or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment and selection process.
Good computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
