หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in ensuring all aspects of enterprise risk management and internal processes are achieved according to the department plan.

• Work with management/ risk owners at (both group and entity levels) and risk coordinators to identify current risk trends and emerging risks, follow up risk mitigation plan and prepare presentations/reports to management.

• Organize and facilitate risk assessments workshop or refreshment training to develop risk maps and strategic mitigation plans for risks at the group, country, branch, and process levels.

• Provide support for developing risk maps and mitigation plans for risk at the project and department levels.

• Provide guidance and support to your business partners in designing and implementing appropriate controls to strengthen the control environment and mitigate risks.

• Assist in the implementation and ongoing compliance with the ISO and COSO (ERM, ESG, etc.) frameworks.

• Coordinate and implement activities to help departments/ risk owners identify, assess, and manage risks and report the result to the management.

• Manage the communication of risk-related information throughout TCPG to raise awareness and promote a good understanding of risk management among all level of staff.

• Develop training courses to provide knowledge of risk management principles to staff and/ or various departments within TCPG so that they can understand and apply them effectively to achieve the objectives and targets.

• Perform ad-hoc assigned tasks related to good corporate governance.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• At least 5 years in internal control, risk management, or related fields, 2 years of experience as a people’s manager.

• Have some understanding of risk management and internal control concepts (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO-ERM, COSO-ESG, etc.) and experience in applying them in various business areas/ functions.

• Proven success in improving risk management.

• Experience in setting up and operating enterprise risk management.

• Excellent presentation skills with monitor and follow up technique.

• Good command of English.

• Able to work under pressure, logical and systematic thinking, teamwork, well organized mind.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skill.

• Be Curious, dynamic, and fast learner with strong business intuitions.
