คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน

งานประจำ

1 - 3 ปี

ชลบุรี ระยองและภาคตะวันออก

ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า

20,000 - 30,000 บาท/เดือน + Commission

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ขายสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทให้กับทั้งลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่

• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลลูกค้าที่จะไปเสนอขายสินค้าและบริการของบริษัท

• จัดเตรียมสื่อสำหรับนำเสนอขายสินค้าและบริการ ใบเสนอราคา และสัญญาในการซื้อชาย

• ประสานงานเรื่องการจัดส่งสินค้ากับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าตรงเวลา

• ติดตามทวงถามการชำระเงินค่าสินค้าจากลูกค้า

• ดูแล ให้บริการลูกค้าตลอดการขาย และติดตามผลหลังการขาย

• สร้างและดูแลรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าเก่าและผู้ที่อาจเป็นลูกค้าใหม่ในอนาคต

• สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า เช่น ช่วยลูกค้าระบุปัญหา และช่วยหาทางแก้ไขให้ลูกค้า

คุณสมบัติ

• Thai National, Male or female

• Able to work well under pressure with positive attitude and good service mind

• Bachelor's degree in Engineer or higher in any field prefer electronic or mechanical

• At least 5-7 years’ experience in international company in Customer Service, marketing and communications, public relations, or creating brand image.

• Engineer, Field Service, Service Network Management, business administration or other relevant field

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• Good English language skills

• Excellent computer skills in MS office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Outlooks

• Reliable and able to work under pressure with an open minded and positive attitude Work well with deadlines

• Energetic personality, service mind, and able to work independently

• Able to provide a high level of customer service through excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism

• Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet

• Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology
