• ติดตามการขายอะไหล่ไปยังตัวแทนจำหน่าย ให้ตรงตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
• จัดกิจกรรมและแคมเปญต่างๆ ให้ตรงตามแผนที่วางไว้
• ออกเยี่ยมตัวแทนจำหน่ายและลูกค้า เพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขายอะไหล่
• ตั้งเกณฑ์ประเมินตัวแทนจำหน่าย และประเมินรายปี
• สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในการแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ

• Follow up spare parts sales of dealer to achieve quarterly and yearly target
• Arrange activity and campaign for dealer to increase spare parts sales
• Visit dealer & end user to understand customers needs and create countermeasure
• Set dealer evaluation criteria and annual dealer evaluation
• Support and assist dealers in solving working problem
