• Develop sales strategy to attain the company’s sales goals and profitability;
• Recruit, train, manage and motivates Sales Executives;
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives;
• Prepare, initiate, develop and coordinate action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed;
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
• Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing for all company’s projects, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin;
• Maintain accurate records of pricings, sales, sales activities, and customer data bases.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines;
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Sales team;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements; and
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
