- Responsible for sales targets and P&L to meet company goals.
- Actively participate in strategic planning and detailed sales planning
- Lead a high-functioning team by ensuring sales goals are met
- Coach team to work effectively and making sure that customers are happy and satisfied with products and services
- Managerial experience in sales and customer service of a retail or B2B wholesale organization is a plus
- Work in tandem with marketing team to support marketing activities such as exhibitions and roadshows
- Team player that works well and cooperate with other departments of the company
- Thai Nationality, Male / Female 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Work experience of 5 years or more in Sales manager Retail Business (modern trade, sales credit,B2B)
- Good command in English and computer literate-MS Office, Excel and Power Point
- Good management skills
- Able to travel around the country and abroad.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proven leader and able to manage people.
