Job Description

• Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product and is able to communicate this to the team.
• Facilitates process of working with Task owner and team to prioritize work
• Understands Construction roadmap and helps team fit their work into this roadmap, where applicable.
• Manages burndowns to oversee progress in each sprint, Helps track metrics (inputs, outputs, and outcomes) for team; monitors these on an ongoing basis.
• Manages progress by facilitating agile events and helping team members overcome roadblocks.
• Coordinates sprint planning, daily standups, and review/retrospective sessions.
• Provides visibility into progress by maintaining burndown charts, velocity analysis, etc.
• Helps team members select which stories they will work on.
