• Plan to order products to meet the specified time and achieve maximum efficiency
• Analyze the sales data of each product item to support store sales
• Manage stocks for maximum efficiency and in the right amount.

Responsibilities

• Plan new product release and meet the needs of the target customers and the timeline of product release
• Determine a strategy to discuss with other relevant departments to product in accordance with brand and target audience.
• Examine the product and control the quality of products to meet the standards and specifications before delivery.
• Analyze the data to estimate annual sales according to the appropriate goals of the responsible brands.
• Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
• Able to negotiate prices and select a supplier for product samples designed by the designer
• Find resources from different place to apply to the project and develop marketing strategies for maximum efficiency
• Supervise and manage documents, contracts during the procurement process in the most efficient way.
