- Register vendor and maintain vendor database according to policy and procedures.
- Issue purchase orders and manage the purchasing process, answering inquiries regarding order status, change, or cancellation and ensure right timing for delivery.
- Maintain purchasing documentation/database as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist Purchasing Manager, Assistant Purchasing Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Manager as requested.
- Support Operations in the matters relating to Purchasing
- Previous experience within a similar role of preferably 3+ years with a proven record of accomplishment.
- Experience within the hospitality industry, with relation to dealing with at least 15-20 stores is preferable.
- Qualifications Desired (Current and to be maintained by employee)
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Good computer skills in MS office software packages, advance Excel.
- Knowledge of purchasing both process & software
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standard is a plus. Skills
- Detail oriented/ Systematic thinking
- Good interpersonal skills in oral and written
- Service-minded, able to handle pressure & dynamic environment
