Work with Product Owner and other key stakeholders to understand core functions, conditions, and features of the product/services to be rendered on TCRB digital banking channel or digital banking platform. Organize and control the testing process to ensure quality, test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issue that impede the testing effort.

· Building up and leading the Testing Team towards success of Project.

· Define scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.

· Deploying and managing resources for testing.

· Applying appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the testing team.
