หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
• Cost estimation with a high reasonable and competitiveness to make a chance for new business award.
• Selection the supplier base on cost, quality, delivery and customer’s requirements.
• 1st Analysis team report before submit to the next level follow the company delegation of authority strictly.
• Support global team activity as Market Testing, Localization or local content and government privilege.
• Conduct the supplier to meet all time work without impact to the customer’s mile stone.
• Supplier cost control to maintain a reasonable price without company’s financial impact and supplier impact.
• Risk management to understand the global situation of supply chain / impact to generate a good backup plan at the right time.
• Co-work with the related functions/global team to contribute the cost saving / VAVE / Quality or FTT activity.
• Co-Work with global team to meet KPI under SCM function.
• Support onsite active management of the supplier to ensure timely delivery of good quality parts if necessary.
• Follow up Hanon Systems and/or customer requirements involving supplier engagement survey, official notification to supplier, etc.
คุณสมบัติ
• At least 5 years of experience about Supplier Development and Supplier Sourcing/Selection in Automotive Business.
• Understanding in automotive requirements as PPAP, APQP
• Good English written and Listening / Speaking skills.
• Good in Microsoft Excel skill (Basic Function)
• Person is organized and self-motivated.
• Stress management under high pressure and limited of time.
• Strong sense of Engineering.
• Passion in problem solving.
