- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to solve issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prioritize and manage several open issues (Senior)
- Prepare accurate and timely reports (Senior)
- Build knowledge base tech notes or similar (Senior)
- Encourage preventive actions so avoid repeated issues from happening (Senior)
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or any related fields
- 0 – 2 (2 – 5 for Senior) years working experience in application / IT support or related
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of web related technologies including debug tools (Chrome)
- Knowledge of Database like MySql
