หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Responsible for supporting in hardware and software of IT system.
- Performs a wide variety of installation, configuration of workstations, servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN, Security, Wireless and stand-alone environment
- Provides investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware,software and infrastructure.
- Provides period reports and documents of system maintenance, project and others
- Responsible for day-to-day operation issues.
คุณสมบัติ
- Male or Female, Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related fields.
- At least 1-5 years' experience in setup, install, implement, trouble shooting in network system environment
- Strong Knowledge in TCP/IP model, IP Routing
- Have experience on Aruba Switch, Wireless Controller, Fortigate Firewall will be advantage
- Have skill of analysis, logical thinking and problem solving, good communication & training skill, good teamwork with service mind.
- Ability to work under pressure, work hard, enthusiastic and independently
- At least one certification in MCSE, ACMP, NSE4 or CCNP will be an advantage
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Having car driver's license
