Developing and managing tour itineraries that align with our business goals and customer needs
Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations and high-quality services
Hiring and managing tour guides and staff to ensure seamless tour operations
Developing and managing budgets for tour operations
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Analyzing tour data and identifying areas for improvement
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
Keeping up-to-date with trends and changes in the travel industry and adjusting tour operations accordingly

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a tour operation manager, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of tour operations
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of the travel industry and trends
