The VP Digital Marketing will be accountable for delivering company growth through executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, developing the customer experience o2o through collaboration, and leading Company ’s eCommerce P&L. The VP Digital Marketing will oversee the operations in the rapidly changing digital sector including mobile applications, social media and related applications, as well as performance marketing.
You will lead the way in development of enhanced Social CRM, expanded loyalty programs, and personalization focused on improving customer retention and increased acquisition. You will be responsible for providing the organization with detailed analysis of market trends, competitor analysis and developments. You will leverage data to drive insights to help the organization move forward. You must be obsessed about the customer, be able to influence the organization to do the same and will lead the development of the ever-changing technologies to react to and address consumer behaviors.
Because of the 24/7 nature of Food ’s online business of the company, you may work irregular hours and be on call to handle any issues that arise. You will often collaborate with content, Digital Product Managers, operations, finance & marketing
Strategy
- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy. This should include core functionality, key partners and technology enablers.
- Create and manage content marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels
- Develop partnership and internal functionality to leverage data in decision making, build hypothesis driven test and learn culture to unlock potential of business and optimize performance.
- Drive acquisition strategy to grow customer base.
- Partner with other departments like Digital IT, Operations, Finance to deliver the best customer experience in the business. This includes identifying competitors, opportunities for improvements and innovation, assessing marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles so the business continues to grow.
- Develop and deliver a plan for people, new technologies, and operations.
- Execute a Social CRM strategy driven by data that enables a deeper customer relationship with a focus on segmentation and personalization.
- Perform sophisticated analyses on large data sets to find opportunities to adjust and improve the company’s online strategy and drive profitability
- Work with cross-functional marketing (SEM, SEO, Meta, Email, Brand), product, and call center teams to help ensure goals and targets are being met (efficiencies, click share, revenue, traffic, etc…)
- Understand and report on key drivers of customer conversion (UI, bugs, site features, etc.), including customer satisfaction and attrition (dropout rate, funnel analysis, NPS)
- Support daily monitoring of key site metrics (visitors, engagement, conversion, channel & LoB performance etc.) and develop/implement performance improvement plans.
Leadership & People
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the other members of the leadership team, relentlessly putting the customer first.
- Lead the overall eCommerce marketing teams.
- Support building a performance driven culture with a consumer focus while improving employee engagement.
- Develop, manage and curate a portfolio of key third-party relationships (agencies, service providers, consultants, etc.).
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of a business intelligence and analytical approach to marketing.
- Perform sophisticated analyses on large data sets to find opportunities to adjust and improve the company’s online strategy and drive profitability
- Improve customer experience efforts through activities to resolve customer facing issues acting as the Voice of the Customer
Technology
- Identify technology trends and evolving social behaviors that may support or impede the business growth; build action plans to address to continue Company ’s growth.
- Implement cross-channel, o2o, Social CRM platform to drive efficiency and retention.
- Drive innovative solutions through digital channels to improve the customer experience that may not be achievable through traditional brick and mortar channels.
- Expand and enhance the company’s store to consumer delivery capability.
- Promote the use of new technologies and innovation across all stores.
- Bachelor or Master in related filed, oversea educated is a must
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in a digital leadership role with at least 5 years in management level
- Successful track record building and leading eCommerce product development & growth– experience developing and executing digital retails experiences in a distributed environment including websites, apps and 3rd party experiences.
- Successful record of building teams, leading cross functional teams.
- Deep analytics skills in interpreting data to Business stories, and display tactics to execute strategies.
- Experience leading CRM strategy and results.
- Deep project management skills with a demonstrated track record of project planning execution, tracking and post-mortem analysis.
- Exceptional customer orientations to ensure the customer stays at the center of the multichannel experience.
- Domain knowledge that gives insight into customer behavior and translating it to a digital strategy.
- Ability to take a data-centric approach to improve decision making.
- Experience driving business results by utilizing business intelligence, segmentation and targeting.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to direct execution and operational activities.
- Background experience from digital, marketing agencies together with entrepreneur experience is key advantage.
- Ability to converse, read and write in Thai and English is a must.
