หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Design,development and build of enterprise application
- Development of production strength software,adhering to divisional development standard
- Working closely with business analysts to clarify and understand detailed and complex business requirement
- Working closely with test analysts to ensure software is robustly tested
- Sharing technical knowledge and experience with less experienced developer
- Have at least one programming language background
- Write programs as assigned in Delphi or C#.Net language (training is provided before assignments)
- Use the SQL Server database system.
- ออกแบบพัฒนาและสร้างแอปพลิเคชันระดับองค์กร
- การพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ด้วยความแข็งแกร่งในการผลิตโดยยึดมั่นในมาตรฐานการพัฒนา
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับนักวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจเพื่อชี้แจงและทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจโดยละเอียดและซับซ้อน
- แบ่งปันความรู้ทางเทคนิคและประสบการณ์กับนักพัฒนาที่มีประสบการณ์น้อย
- มีพื้นฐานภาษาโปรแกรมอย่างน้อย 1 ภาษา
- เขียนโปรแกรมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายด้วยภาษา Delphi/C#.Net (มีการฝึกอบรมก่อนมอบหมายงาน)
- ใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูล SQL Server
คุณสมบัติ

- Strong Design and Development experience
- Experience of the following tools and technologies are essential:
- Knowledge of MySQL, SQL server database management systems.
- Sound knowledge of system development techniques and industry best practices
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skill with both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to discuss technical coding patterns and issues with other developers to find the optimal solution within an agreed technical framework
- Ability to share technical experience and knowledge with other developers
- Ability to cope with high-levels of pressure, involving high profile project

- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับทั้งผู้ฟังที่เป็นเทคนิคและไม่ใช่ด้านเทคนิค
- ความสามารถในการหารือเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการเข้ารหัสทางเทคนิคและปัญหากับนักพัฒนารายอื่นเพื่อค้นหาแนวทางที่ดีที่สุดภายในกรอบทางเทคนิคที่ตกลงกัน
- ความสามารถในการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ทางเทคนิคและความรู้กับนักพัฒนาคนอื่น ๆ
- ความสามารถในการรับมือกับความกดดันระดับสูงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการที่มีรายละเอียดสูง
