• To develop sales, achieve sales forecast as budgeted and to implement the actions of commercial strategy for all of business partner in the area
• To achieve Unit, Revenue, Pricing and Product Mix Targets;
• Develop & provide Business Solution to customers in all channel where ultimate objective will be measured thru long term business growth.
• To report to the company about market situation: competitors’ activities, customers’ activities with financial situation of customers and be able to give relevant analysis to the Regional Sales Manager
• To Work in conjunction with Sales, Spec & Project sales team, Marketing, Customer service and Technical Team, to improve overall performance of the whole value chain.
• To implement the commercial action plan effectively (push sell-in & sell-out), give feedback to the company and take action to counter the competitors in the field.
• Create plan in each responsible area to expand “SGTH” network (open new direct account in weakness area and collect 2nd tier information as KPI target in each area) improve Overall Company Share of Market
• To cooperate with SSC and Credit Controller to secure payments of customers conforming with prior agreement;
• Identified New Business Opportunities, where “SGTH” can create brand awareness into all dealer channel including contractor, Installer and Home Owner
