• Lead the execution of Personalized marketing campaign from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration for all 3 brands (BMW, Mini and Motorrad)
• Identify initiative, new idea, and develop personalized marketing plans with specific objective across different channels and segments.
• Design the social media and online core engine/business logic for campaigns target/moment of contact and offers according to customer interact journey and their behavior.
• Provide high level of campaign requirement to campaign solution/development team.
• Pre-analysis target sizing and able to execute campaign through campaign management tools.
• Track & Evaluate performance of launched campaigns with regular reports/analysis of each funnel.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value to ensure maximum revenue & best customer experience.
• Collaborating with CRM/Sales/Aftersales to delivery and maximize efficiency in campaigns launch.
• Assist Marketing Manager to daily maintain contents and improve E-commerce performance.
