1) Direct selling to contractors and applicators, maintain prices and margins according to policies.
2) Undertake specification selling if required i.e. have Cormix products specified by consultants, architects and designers.
3) Maintain at all times good product knowledge. Find suitable applicators and maintain good working relationships.
4) Provide technical assistance and work closely to the team and Operation departments. regarding the technical aspects.
5) Identify and justify improvements to equipment/processes and subsequent development of work scopes and bid invitations.
6) Monitor competitors’ activities and keep Sales Management briefed of their activities.
7) Propose to Sales Management new products or required products in the market place.
8) Contact government bodies to get Cormix products specified.
9) Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to assess the competitive performance.
10) Working with cross functional team to gather necessary data and information
11) Problem solution selling.
12) Keep Sales Management informed of major projects and/or market changes.
13) Provide monthly sales forecast by product to Marketing Dept.
14) Ensure good reporting procedures maintained and satisfactory call rates to meet budget demands.
15) Update monthly project list to Marketing Dept. Give input to work requirements.
16) Prepares periodic sales reports showing assigned project status, sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
17) Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities and products.
18) Provide technical and marketing support to sales representatives.
19) Frequent informative, interpretive, and persuasive contact with existing new and potential customers to sell Company products.
20) Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, building relationships, allocating resources, and closing orders.
