Corporate Sales Executive
บริษัท คอมเมเชอร์ โซลูชั่นส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัดWe are looking for a target-driven individual to join our Sales - Offline team to be part of our company’s rapid and sustainable growth in Thailand through acquiring new customers and maintaining excellent relationships with existing accounts.
As this position, you are responsible for: Sales offline for Budget Hotel.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Building and acquiring new sales leads and business partners (corporate, travel agents, events)
- Maintain positive relationships for growth opportunities with existing corporate clients and constantly contact them to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals.
- Keeping abreast with local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets
- Preparing sales materials such as proposals, contracts, brochure and leaflets
- Preparing and submitting monthly sales reports, tracker, and plan as required
- Developing and implementing action plan, incentive program and marketing activities to grow sales opportunities.
- Min 2 years experience in Sales for B2B/ Corporate / Sales Agent / Sales Government/ Budget hotel
- Experience in dealing with travel agency, demanded corporate customer (companies, booking hotel center, etc.).
- Good in English to communicate with regional team members and customers
- Initiative, Fighter attitude - motivated, passionate and self-driven
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to build good relationship and connect with B2B targeted customer.

- Strong self-management skill, good at KPI management to achieve the given target
- Adaptable to dynamic environment
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Experience in start-up is a plus.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Able and willing to travel and to be relocated within Thailand (e.g. Pattaya, Bangkok etc.) as and when required.
