หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Manage teams for customer service activity and coordinate with operation, maintain the existing customer and expand service, share or provide solution and improvement to customer service , operation teams and customer , minimize occur cause and submit necessary report by monthly.

1.Day by day support staff for export , import and billing.

2.Take care VIP customer specially FGT export shipments.

3. Coordinate with warehouse and TC teams (FGT shipments).

4. Coordinate with BKK teams to arrange submit C/O legalization.

5. Coordinate with FGT customer in Thailand.

6. Coordinate with FGT customer in Japan.

7. Coordinate with Sales teams for New shipment.

8. Support Customer service staff.

9. Communication with customer.

10. Communication over branch.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor's degree in logistics Management or related filed.

2. At least 2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or Customer service.

3. Good Management Skill.

4. Good knowledge of English.

5. Work location at Laem Chabang.
