1. Manage customer service and documentation team
2. Manage day-to-day domestic and international compliance and compliance within the timeline.
3. Handling all Import and Export shipping documentation and ensure smooth cargo release to meet all customer and principal requirements.
4. Handling the submission of import container list to port/terminal/ICD.
5. Handle customer complaints appropriately and timely.
6. Handling all processes of Customer service and requirements.
7. Prepare monthly report to manager meeting.
