HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for an HR Executive who has strong recruitment/talent acquisition background to join our team. This position will be based in Thailand and mostly take responsibility for our local hiring needs. We are looking for someone who is open to learning, developing, and going the extra mile. Responsibilities
- Identify the company’s hiring needs and proactively source and attract talent via available channels.
- Define jobs description for each position and finalize with hiring managers before announcing the job vacancies.
- Responsible for the full function of recruitment and hiring employees.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policy, business integrity, and code of conduct.
- Improve and develop the recruitment process and hiring process to be the most effective.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with employees.
- Take responsibility to initiate employer branding.
- Increase talents pool by actively connecting and maintaining good relationships with people in the same industry.
- Update recruitment trends and share ideas with management.
- Support other HR tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Science, Business Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in HR, intensively in recruitment/talent acquisition function.
- Experience working in a media/digital/advertising agency or OTT will be a plus.
- Strong experience and excellent knowledge in recruitment and employee relations functions.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and other concerned laws/rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of overall HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a good sense of service-minded, energetic, and creative mindset.
- Analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency.
- Always open to learning, developing skills, and doing something different for a better outcome.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
