1.Administration of workers’ compensation and company policies. Responsibilities include creating, monitoring, filing and management of all worker’s compensation claims, and etc.
2.Responsibilities including Salaries computation, filling, Management and processing of all workers’ compensation claims (Medical/Dental/Overnight allowance/ Over route, Overseas allowance/ Extra Allowance),
Computation and Income taxes documents for employee’s declaration
purposes etc.
3.Recruiting of exempt and non-exempt staff using the most cost- effective
means possible for both regular and temporary positions.
4.Yearly Bench marking of C&B with other related or similar industries.
5.Maintains databases, record of claims and certificates of Insurance, or
other related.
6. Coordinate and support relocation of foreign associates including but not
limited to establishment of bank accounts, utilities, schools, driver’s
licenses, insurance, and social security cards, explanation of company
policies and the respective country laws and culture.
7.Update of annual AT Biz calendar with justifications.
8.Responsible to ensure a smooth implementation of the performance
appraisal process yearly to do correctly and fairly. Ensuring J-Sox
9.Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting company’s activities.
10.Responsible and reviewing Employee Handbook on any update or
amendments to be made that is to be compliance with the current labor
laws and regulations.
11.Responsible to update and maintain of E-Payroll/ Personal and all other
Pro-Soft system, Monthly - Payroll reports and Human Resource Reports.
12.Make certain all policies requiring signatures are filed in employment
folder
13.Monitor and assure company compliance with all state, federal and local
employment laws.
14. Ensure and monitor the well-being of all our employees’ performance,
culture and behavior and nurture and guide them to do work /
assignment / things the right way.
15. Must a yearly minimum of 30-60 hrs. training (with Certification) on
approval related HR Course – KPI.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
