หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Gather business requirements and communicate with team (developer, designer, tester)
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Gather business requirements •Proposal and Software requirements
- Customer Journey
- Review test scripts
- Software flow/wireframe
- Liaising and effectively communicating between the Clients and IT department and Management Team.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
คุณสมบัติ
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
- A minimum of 1- years experience in business analysis in software industry or a related field.
- Good written/verbal English and Thai communication skills i.e. TOEIC > 600
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organised with good sense of responsibility
- Interested in Digital marketing is a plus
- A proactive, energetic, and seasoned professional with positive attitude and growth mindset
- Able to work under pressure
