- Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices

- Install and update company software and hardware as needed

- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems

- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems

- Monitor and maintain network security certificates and company compliance of requirements

- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

- Design, configure, and implement network infrastructures

- Provide technical consultancy around network infrastructure and architecture design related topics during IT project implementation

- Interact and negotiate with vendors outsource to implement and secure network and telephone services

- Create and maintain network configuration documents

- Troubleshooting issues and resolving network problems
