หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • To Provides IT and Technical support of Maintenance and maintain the IT equipment, hardware, software, electronic, mechanical equipment in good condition at all-time
  • Continually work towards and support the improvement of IT and Technical support service and troubleshoot to guests, other departments and fellow staffs.
  • Able to lead, guide and train other IT support officer.
  • Prepare to work extra time as requested by management from time to time.
  • Improve efficiency usage of all IT and Technical equipment 

คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
  • At least 2 – 5 years in the IT Technician
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Products , Windows/MacOS/Linux.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory controller (AD)
  • Good knowledge of Network Lan ,Wi-Fi and Cloud Computing
  • Understand guest inquiries, provide responses and interact positively
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve the responsible assignment.
  • Ability to quickly gain to work with new technologies
  • Pleasant personality with service-minded, energetic, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
